Yes — that is exactly how it is designed. The Operational Diagnostic is a standalone piece of professional work with genuine value whether or not you proceed with SCALR beyond it. You receive a full written Operational Diagnostic Report mapping every failure in your operation, ranked by financial impact, with a priority fix list. That document is yours. If you choose not to proceed with a build, you keep it and we part on excellent terms. The AED 9,500 is simply credited to your build investment if you do continue.
Both. The Operational Diagnostic always includes significant on-site time in your offices or premises — we cannot accurately map how a business operates from a video call. During the build phase we are typically in your office two days per week, with the remainder of the work completed remotely. Monthly partnership meetings are always in person in Dubai.
